- There will be no refunds for animals not taken that are included in the bow hunting package that has been selected.
- By prior arrangement and at our discretion, substitution of animals that are included in the bow hunting package may be able to be made and an additional charge may apply.
- Wounded game which is not recovered is considered as hunted. Only with the approval of the Professional Hunter, it may be possible to hunt a second specimen of the same species which would be subject to payment of the regular Trophy Fee.
- By prior arrangement and at our discretion, hunting days may be able to be added to the bow hunting package at our regular Daily Rate.
- By prior arrangement and at our discretion, additional animals not included in the bow hunting package may be able to be hunted and is subject to payment of our regular Trophy Fee.
- A non-refundable deposit of US$ 1500.00 is required to confirm your booking, the balance of the hunting safari package is to be paid by the client 90 days prior to the commencement of the safari. Any additional charges are to be paid by the client in Namibia after completion of the safari and prior to departure from Ozondjahe Hunting Safaris.

- Should a Cheetah be encountered on a bow hunting package, it may be hunted ONLY upon approval by the Professional Hunter and payment by the client of an additional tariff of US$ 1500.00 per animal as well as the regular Trophy Fee.
- In addition to the species included in the bow hunting package, the client may be allowed to shoot non-trophy animals such as old males, old females, abnormal trophy specimens as deemed by the Professional Hunter prior to being hunted for 50% less than the regular Trophy Fee. Eligible animals will be designated ONLY by the Professional Hunter and prior to being hunted.
